NextGen Impact Canada was established to address a vital need across Ontario communities: accessible paths to physical health, mental well-being, and social belonging.

While modern life can often divide us by age and interest, we focus on what unites us. By combining youth active-play programs with senior and intergenerational wellness initiatives, we create active spaces where youth learn leadership, seniors share wisdom, and families build healthy habits together.

Why We Do It:

• Building Lifelong Habits: Helping youth develop confidence and physical literacy early in life.
• Fostering Connection: Reducing social isolation among seniors through inclusive, movement-based activities.
• Strengthening Local Health: Delivering mental wellness and physical health education directly to Ontario families.
